This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Paila Labs Private Limited.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. This applies to all our products and services including but not limited to:

Software Products & Licenses

All software products and licenses are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you review product specifications and requirements before purchase.

Subscription Services

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period or any previous payments.

Custom Development Services

Custom development services are non-refundable once the project has commenced. All payments made for completed milestones or work-in-progress are final.

Consulting & Professional Services

All consulting and professional services are non-refundable. Once a session is booked or service is rendered, no refund will be issued.

3. Special Circumstances Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider issuing a refund in the following special circumstances at our sole discretion:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we completely fail to deliver the purchased service or product
  • Technical Impossibility: If technical limitations prevent us from delivering the promised service
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization
  • Material Breach: If we materially breach the terms of our service agreement

Important: Even in these special circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests solely with Paila Labs Private Limited management.

4. Requesting an Exception Review

If you believe your situation qualifies as a special circumstance, you may submit a request for exception review:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at refunds@pailalabs.com with your order number and detailed explanation of the special circumstances
  2. Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase and all relevant supporting documentation that demonstrates the special circumstance
  3. Review Process: Our management team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Decision Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your exception request
  5. Refund Processing: If approved (rare cases only), refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method

Please Note: The majority of exception requests are denied. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Our decision is final and not subject to appeal.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any previously paid fees. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Project Cancellations

Custom projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. All payments for completed work and milestones are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue a project, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

5.3 Service Cancellations

Once a service is booked or rendered, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. We recommend carefully reviewing all service details before confirming your purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time (If Approved)

Once your refund request is approved:

Credit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer)

PayPal: 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institutions policies.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. In the extremely rare case where a special circumstance exception is approved, the refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of Paila Labs Private Limited management.

8. Alternatives to Refunds

Since we do not offer refunds, we encourage you to contact our support team if you are experiencing issues. We may be able to offer:

  • Technical support to resolve product or service issues
  • Service adjustments or modifications (where applicable)
  • Extended support or consultation time (at our discretion)

These alternatives are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a right to any form of compensation or refund.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, you must contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks will be vigorously contested.

Important: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and all services
  • Permanent ban from making future purchases
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages
  • Reporting to credit agencies and fraud prevention services
